REMY™ Awards

REMY™ Submission Period NOW OPEN!!!

The REMY™ Awards program recognizes the best remodeling projects in the Kansas City area.  As a member of NARI Kansas City, winning a REMY™ is a fantastic opportunity to gain recognition for your company’s excellent craftsmanship that can be used to enhance your brand with consumers and while showing appreciation to the trade and industry partners who help make projects happen.

   •  This is a member only program.
   •  The 2023 submission period is September 1 – October 15, for projects that are completed between       December 1, 2021 – October 15, 2023.
   •  Judged by remodeling professionals outside of the Kansas City area, awards winner will be announced on       December 7, 2023, at the Kill Devil Club in the Power & Light District.

2023 REMY™ Program Changes:
   •  No placement calls
   •  Make submissions on JotForm
   •  Price category determined by NARI KC staff
   •  Upload of Final Invoice (must include total project cost & completion date)
   •  Submission price includes 1 ticket to awards ceremony and project board

Thinking of Applying for the December 2023 REMY™ Awards? Check Out These Tips:
   1.  Watch this video on how to upload a REMY™ this year.
   2.  Create a presentation (max 30 pages) that outlines the project goals and highlights the transformation         you achieved.  If you are unsure on how to create a presentation, use this template.
          – Include architectural drawings, before and after photos (high-resolution and horizontal preferred) and              any other relevant project information.
   3.  Write a project summary in 100 words or less.
   4.  Complete and upload the Project Owner Agreement and Photographer Release.
   5.  Submit your presentation, project summary, entry fee and additional supporting documents by the        deadline.
