Remodel of the Year (REMY™) Awards

From kitchens and bathrooms to historical renovations and outdoor living, the Remodel of the Year (REMY™) awards represent quality remodeling projects with attention to detail.  The REMY™ Awards contest is held annually to honor contractors for their craftsmanship, professionalism and their commitment to excellence in remodeling.

Entries for the REMY™ program are judged on a 90-point system that includes project overview, before and after photos, budget considerations, overall aesthetic appeal and communication with the homeowner. Winners have to score at least 76 points. All-Star Awards are presented to those entries that achieved 85 or more points. Remodeling contractors and design professionals  judge the entries each year.

The REMY™ Best of Show awards are presented to the highest scores in the following categories: Under $75,000, $75,000-$150,000, $150,001-$250,000 and Over $250,000.
