Kansas City NARI requires the following membership criteria:

Company must be in business one full year before applying for membership.

Company must complete the three-page application, listing bank reference, three customer references and three trade references.

Company must attach a current certificate of insurance and list Kansas City NARI as a certificate holder.

TWO checks will need to be sent with the completed application—one is a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $35 (all checks payable to Kansas City NARI) and the other is the $400 membership dues check.

A member of Kansas City NARI’s Ethics & By-Laws Committee will call all references. Each applicant’s company name will be posted in the monthly newsletter, NARI News. After that, each applicant is voted on by Kansas City NARI’s Board of Directors at a monthly Board meeting. This entire process takes 45 to 60 days to complete.

After the Board has approved the application, the applicant will be called and notified of acceptance and you $400 check will then be deposited. (effective dues amount 1/1/04).
